Donald Trump's Superceding Indictment
Jill Lavera is mentioned, but not by name in the original indictment. That changes now that that has been replaced in the indictment with this sort of seating indictment. Could it be that they thought maybe they were going to get him when they went to the judge? They didn't, and now they're like, okay, we're going to charge it. It's possible that all of this came to their attention in the last 10, 12 days or so since they were last in front of the judge. We don't know that.
