PG&E's Tree Trimming Crazy

Tower 27 slash 222 in the Sierra Nevada foothills was never due for maintenance. PG&E said it planned to do work on the line in 2013 and finish in February 2016 because the lines are too close to the ground and trees. It is exactly the opposite of how something like this should be right.
