Anna Grigoreva: Plateaus are so normal in all learning. I have this in jujitsu myself. You got to notice and enjoy the little successes. Those are the ones you can create every week. The big ones are, you know, big improvements, big successes, big breakthroughs we call. They don't happen often. So that's why it's very important to focus instead on the little small improvements.
