I think we have been a bit out of balance. Too much of the big picture has been lost sight of but I don't want it to be the case that you have philosophers like waxing poetic about the big questions without any kind of precision or Any attention to what a good argument is. There's room for some philosophers who are good at that to do that But then there needs to be the other more rigorous style of philosophy. It's just that that side spun out of control and just Became 95% of the discipline so there was a Bernard Williams, but then Everybody else was the anti Williams.
