The Role of Portfolio Management in Project Management
As a project manager also the person that's supposed to staff the project and resource it. And so, you know, I want to hear your thoughts about like, alright, as a project manager and there's a lot to unpack there. No, no, it's great. In the portfolio management piece I actually don't have never worked at an organization where we had portfolio management. It was sort of tossed around of like, does that actually sit above program management or is it underneath and its projects into portfolios and then into a larger program.
