Building Learning in an Organizational Culture
It can be very easy to fall into a trap of thinking it's not possible, especially if you are an organizational culture where ongoing learning is not often modeled. We've mentioned the guide to the learning activities which we will include in the footnotes of folks listening so don't worry is there. It reminds me of the common concern for grantees who may spend 40 or 50 hours on a grant report and then put it in a file. Use this as an opportunity for that reflection.
