The History of the Indo-Pacific
The US was perhaps the most belated in adopting the terminology and vision of the Indo-Pacific. The idea, it's kind of funny now to see this as sort of an American concept being rammed down the throat of the countries. There were intellectual undercurrents, and one of the people who deserves credit is actually sitting right here, Dr. Adomohan. He wrote a book called Samudra Mantan which came out in 2012 that made the case for the Indo- Pacific.
