Is There Really No Need to Breathe Through the Mouth During Exercise?
People naturally tend to want to breathe heavier and through the mouth during exercise. But nasal breathing has so many advantages over mouth breathing, including better connection of the diee from when we breathe in and out to the nose. The more you do your physical exercise with the mouth closed, the sensation of air hunger diminishesor time.
