President Zelensky was upset that NATO leaders didn't set a time frame for Ukraine's membership in the alliance. He tweeted, "Uncertainty is weakness and I will openly discuss this at the summit" That prompted snarky replies from other European leaders including British Minister of Defense Ben Wallace. The US has agreed to send Kiev a munition that frankly is widely banned throughout the world: cluster bombs. But as we run low of very critical munitions, we have to send over whatever we've got left, including those banned cluster bombs.
