Soros fund management and Fortress investment nears deal for $400 million sale out of bankruptcy. A major drop from 5.7 billion to around 400 million. The evaluation includes the existing debt that it has how much the debt I believe there was a $250 million debt financing round of years ago or 30 million. So Soros already has 250 million in debt with vice, so if the deal is for 400 million, which includes the debt, I could be wrong about this.
