The Challenge for Product Managers Is How to Make Decisions to Buy a Specific Tool

I'm curious working at Microsoft you know what this looks like for you so how do you make decisions to buy a specific tool versus building the capabilities in house. As companies kind of get bigger and have been there long enough there's a lot of internal tools that are so built into the tech stack then you cannot get away with it. Sometimes writing is the best way of doing it right I mean actually writing a PR FAQWriting a six-page or writing a one-page or putting your thoughts down ends up being incredibly helpful to figure out what you're going to build and what you're Going to buy.
