How to Have a Strategic Conversation With a Dev
On a weekly cadence, I just go through the main pain points. Our strategic meeting would be me presenting theory on what the main German design is and how events storming might help them. What kind of return an investment can they expect in like this week or in this month? And if it's not valuable to the customer, that in itself is amazing. But if we can then capture revenue from it, that is an amazing plus to the business. That is the feedback loop that a lot of engineers are missing. There's also a lot of misery points to see that developers are experiencing in fan companies where there is no customer anymore.
