How to Run a Perfect Week Calendar
The concept of running a perfect week calendar is knowing in advance what types of activities you need to do, then working with your team to fill those types of activities. If I'm looking and saying, Hey, 10 opportunities each day to deliver, it's far easier to do than if I was just trying to make contacts every single day. When I call an old call a prospective client that didn't become a client, I say, Hey, just wanted to follow up. Just wanted to make sure you got those taken care of because they're that important. And B, which is always the side effect, far more effective as well.
