The Importance of Post-Dressed Symptoms
AVR elevation with ST depressions is a global ischemia kind of picture which can be from many different things. We see this with massive pulmonary embolism as well. Sepsis I think is a really common one. The vision has cough and fever and they've gotten infiltrate on x-ray and they've got these changes. It's probably the global hypoperfusion from sepsis, not that they also have a steny. But we just need to be keeping that differential wide open so that we are open to catching those other things that could be causing this problem.
