The Paper Resume Process Was Wrong, Right?
New graduates would submit a paper resume to stripe at job fairs. But this was still the first step for many of these new graduates. So when they started to remove the process, they started to change the process. They made it so that you could go home and work on your own computer,. You could fill out these early tests, these early coding skills, and submit them. This gave more paths than just showing us their resime ao get into the pipe line for stripe. It ended u teaching us a lot in terms of our broader interview process as well.
