The Importance of Non-Mimatic Speaking Styles

I find a lot of people only become fully conscious when they're 18 or maybe even 20 or so. A lot of you are younger years. And I think when you find young kids, they're doing things that are sort of a bit against the grain,. Against the norm of like what is maybe considered like good in that hierarchy when you're growing up. That's a unique thing. So there's this kind of this trend in Silicon Valley where people look for those kinds of backgrounds because they're usually kind of symbols of having a chip on your shoulder.
