If you want the a i model to learn over time and become better, it needs access to more data. You would need to get hold of that data. One of the reasons of using cloud is to collect bigger data sets. It comes at the cost of all the legal issues that i was talking this is a superimportant factor to bring to bear. I think the medical world will have to square this circle and figure out where the balance is here.
