The Importance of Grief Burnout and Self-Growth

The book itself is such a wonderful nuanced approach dealing with grief throughout the novel and now more than ever I think grief is a really big part of people's stories especially you know given the last couple of years not all paths of heartbreak look linear. Joan loses her boyfriend Samuel only six months into dating the reader meets her two years later and she's still feeling the grief of that. It was so fun to hear how everyone was making them come alive and just wow like this is real each there are so many moments that felt surreal along the way. The woman who narrates it is Marnie pinning she's incredible I'm so proud of her work.
