The Impact of Off the Victim on Parole
No immediate expression of remorse. Rather, he thinks of the victim's impact on his parole. In an earlier episode, we learned that the victim wrote and delivered a letter to the parole board herself. Are you surprised that she would do that? I'm surprised that the system gives false hope and tells you something's going to happen and then takes it back. But they couldn't know that she was going to come forward.
