A lot of times in TV shows or book series when it ends and the next one starts, we've made a bit of a jump. Sometimes you pick up right where you left off. And I wonder if there's potential for that in this story,. Especially given how abruptly ended that maybe the next story does pick up still in the wake of this moment. It could also see Martin skipping a whole year ahead and you're in Winterfell.
