The Difference Between Ego State and Sub Personality
I started out in doing ego state therapy. And now I wanted to see if we could differentiate between ego states and sub personalities. To me, they're the same thing. If I were to rewrite all of my stuff today, I would probably make a great effort to substitute sub personality for ego state. We're like a mask that you wear for a certain situation based on like being aggravated into it. It's living in that world. That that is what is conscious of. There are times I have to help them.
