I've been doing quite a bit of research on the Belt and Road myself. I'm looking at the introduction. You were at John Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies. From what I can tell, John Hopkins has the most advanced research lab in the United States. Did you get an opportunity to look at some of the Belt and road Initiative Research while there or participate? No, so I was actually there long before the VRI was announced. So I certainly not as a student.
