How to Stimulate Positive Brain Chemistry

The act of walking out to the basketball court has introduced the production of the neurotransmitter in my brain. If we were to take a five-minute walk three times a day and reactivate use the adrenaline reactivate the serotonin and then come back to work we'd have dopamine here in the right proportion to do good thinking just it's a hundred percent predictable. We just have to do those little things and all of that will mean I'll sleep better tonight because I haven't got adrenaline and cortisol pumping that keeps me awake think about everything I was wanting to do today that I didn't get to.
