What Is the Right Amount of Transparency Within a Business?

Alex: What is the right amount of transparency within a business? I personally cribe more to the hub spot way versus the apple way, because i do believe that knowledge is power. But here are a few things i wouldn't reveal, even though i believe in transparency in a business. Don't be transparent because it's in vogue, or because we talk so much about culture and openness to day. Do it because it is serving a clear purpose within your company.
