Is there anywhere in the world where an autocratic state has actually been reigned in using democratic methods? Iam, not a historian, so idon't know whether i would be able to give an appropriate example. What we saw in the last century, if you take the pree second word, wor paris, and what happened later, there ae a lot of parallels towards happening in india. Yethat is to structure of the state. The powerful state can be dismantled in favor of a more republic, more liberal state. Rit rit now we are living through a erra of pigmies. But when giants come, it won't be impossible.
