The Monolith of Programming
The idea of a monolith and it's kind of in the, I didn't quite understand the diagrams because I don't program anymore that they had but like. I think it's about boundaries and dependencies and coupling. Instead of making network calls and transferring data, we don't do that. So instead, if you just keep all that data in one place instead of moving it around then you've increased the boundary for what you're doing.
