Lung Cancer - What's Bitter?
A 40 year old lady I met in 2017 by smoking history five pack years had already quit history of depression anxiety and obesity who presented outside hospital with persistent cough despite multiple antibiotics. A chest x-ray showed a right upper lung zone opacity follow-up CT showed ipsilateral highler and paratracheal adenopathy. She started on electinib now over four years ago and scans today continue to look great.
