How Do You Practice Mindfulness?

When and how often should it be practiced? Yeah, I would start small. Start with five minutes a day. That's plenty. Just get this place and you don't have to do any kind of yoga posture. And then just focus on the breath. You can if you go to my website. There are three different guided mindfulness exercises that you can also there part of the book but you can, you don't even have to have by the book to be able to get those.
