Is There an Ombudsman for Online Shopping?
Online shopping was the most complained about thing last year by miles. And there is not an ombardsman for any of these industries, or industries connected to that. That's something that would be very easy to correct. We could just use an existing model to implement that straight away. But i think lots of people have different expectations and experiences of that. Imean, we have neatly moved into this on line area,. obviously very important, especially now during covid. It's i wonder whether the rules are same if you buy from a private seller as opposed to one of the sort of big on line brands we all know?
