i wonder if you could just talk a little bit about how we should be thinking about this false dicotome and when we're making choices in our own lives. And i wanted to end with this question of good verses drugs. There are some drugs that are highly addictiv and there are other drugs that are totally fine, and just how misguided that kind of dicodome is. I do urge you to read karl eric fisher's book, the urge, our history of a diction, to get those specific examples of ways in which a you can advocate for change.
