Is There a Way Forwarder for Automatic Stabilizers?
You've been involved in the legislative process. Is this something that we could see happen in the future, you think, under democratic or republican administrations? Or is it smething tha, states could start pursuing on their own some sort of kind of automatic stabilizers that they have at the state level? What do you think is going to happen with this policy in the next amino decade? I think it's tough for states to do it, a, just because they have limited phiscal capacity as it is.
