The 80/20 Principle in the Church
I don't think we'd be taking any special offerings if our people just tied. We have accepted the 80 20 principle in the church that like, well, 20% of people activated 80% art. Maybe we shouldn't accept the fact that people aren't sharing their faith. And therefore I'm having to build all this extra structure. The ultimate question for me anyway was in 30 years, what will make me smile? What will I be really glad that we did?
