The Benefits of Polarized Training

Polarized training is a very nice way to build the engine but on the other hand if you have a very very very low villa max maybe the polarized approach is not the best way. I always say every training works yeah and it's really it's that simpleYeah so usually I just build up with a polarized approach over wintertime but when we come to race season I completely switch I don't use at all polarized because this will not in a high level this will not work.
