Is There Something Out There That Creates the Universe?

The multiverse is an idea that whatever the big bang theory was, created not just one, but multiple of multiple of millions. If there's something out there creating billions of universes, is it fine-tuned? And if it is, who fine- Tuned it? There's some sort of mechanism. The real answer is that someone made this and his name is Jesus. All things were made through him, and by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him, all things hold together. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. It's not an accident.
