Is the Digital Divide Reducing?

i'm thinking now about te government institutions, especially maybe during covend forcing us to be more dependent on all these technologies. But not providing us with the help and assistance to get started with it. There's still people who haven't had er the technical experience, haven't had the experience of using technology. And so either need to learn it, and learn it quickly, which is an extremely daunting thing to do. So yes, the numbers of the digital divide have reduced but the people who are divided are more alone and more isolated.
