Are There Mounds of the Dead?

Muhangidaro means Mound of the Dead. That means presumably therefore they're a dead, right? There must be human remains that archaeologists have excavated. So what do we know about people through their remains? The thing is that burials were actually generally relatively scarce. We don't have kind of very extravagant royal burials but we can still read things like social identity from skeletal remains.
