Samson's Windows on Arm, Is It?

Samsong has looked at apple and thought, you know, we need to go on our own here. We need to do our own stuff, because apple has proved the model. Sampson can't do that unless it's going to ento the operating system market as well. And then there's the this whole unspoken thing about the potential relationship between microsopt and qualcom. Is microsop prepare to open up that relationship? Who knows?
