There's a very strong correlation between more moderation and profitability. Free speech absolutism is just this boogie man, he says. There has never been an absolutely free speech open place in the world. Ad-supported platforms are better at moderating content because they have to deal with all these conflicting uses of the platform. But when you're in an ad supported environment it becomes about attention which can lead to violence.
