We tend to zone into people who are doing what we consider to be the same or a similar job to us. And there's an element of wanting to keep track of what other people are doing, because it can inspire us. But when we start comparing ourselves and our progress and our output to something that some one else is doing, really, in itself, has a very negative effect on ourself worth. I always say it's better to just stay in your own lane. As long as you're making progress in youro lane, that's really all that matters.
