The Revolution in Belgium

Voters are given a magnetic card with a magnetic strip on it. They feed that into a computer, then they use a light pen to point at a television screen. That information is then put on a 3.5 inch floppy disk. It was sent to the head office in the area where they were then put onto another computer which added up all the numbers.
