Meditation - The Law of Association and the Law of Repetition
If i get my body to sit down very naturally, it's already in that dreming state. The nerro transmitters are there and the brain wavea patterns are already naturally in that state. So, but it doesn't have to be first thing in the morning. And the hardest part of all this, as i said, is making the time to do it and getting up and doing it. I like to a ask people, when they do their meditations, to do it either before they get up, or in the evning a before they go to bed. It will be much easier for them to reach these states that are naturally available to us.
