The Importance of Loyalty in Fractal
Loyalty in my opinion is more important than meritocracy. I do believe that extraordinary companies actually are built by ordinary people with extraordinary loyalty. When people come together and define that this is the mission of my life and stick together for a long period of time, phenomenal companies get built. But does loyalty mean shikhan that if I work for fractal a, I can never leave and b, I can ever join a competitor? No, of course not.
