The Fear of Fantasy Technique
When you do the fear of fantasy, you say to the patient, in this case, Alicia, who's a colleague, not a patient. You find out your negative thoughts are distorted and false. In a high level solution, you discover that even if your negative thoughts were true, you could still be happy. They love me in the advanced group and they make mistakes too. And so we'll see if it works and if it works fine and if not, that's okay too.
