Oily fish has a lower environmental impact on meat as well so if you're not a vegetarian yeah oily fish pile it on great. Don't snack at night time in the evening I think is a really key message from what you're saying. If we are gonna snack just preload ourselves do it in the day or go for nuts like mums... ...chering.
