How to Monetize Walking Channels

A.B. testing on YouTube thumbnails will be rolled out to more channels in the next year or so. Chuck E from Mr. Beast's team tweeted about A.B. test, which gauges a winner based on watch time. I haven't seen creators successfully monetizing outside of AdSense, but I've heard on the pod that many creators AdSense is less than 15% of their revenue. What approaches would you recommend to monetize?
