i stopped using facebook because i just found it it was a place it didn't want to spend my time. Twitter, i've also done the same with over the last couple of years. So that's been reduced down, and it's left me with into the gram and link din. I actually find them both the most positive social media platforms there. A book called no pilter earlier this year opened my eyes to what i was kind of unconsciously doing anyway. And i'm probably going to put less othe next year. Not exactly put and loads out on social media in 20 21, but in 20 22,. i can see myself doing even less and consuming less as well.
