It's the preparation leading up to it eating a lot of food and getting enough energy and calories in. The environment that you're in as well because that can make or break you. I think what the more rural people tend to get away with a lot more than say the people that live in cities where the city is the highest stress. There are other things beyond insulin glucose models don't get me wrong but some people can find it exceptionally harder.
