100: Joel Rifkin: The Ripper of New York City
Lights Out
Is It Worse to Keep Him in Solitary or General Population?
I think ultimately, joe got the punishment he deserved. He's never going to get out of prison. He's going to die in prison. The fact that he's still able to profit from it is jus ridiculous. I just found it like whack that he was selling his art work and then dotanting that money. It's a slap in the victim's family face lilily. And these stories are not just about the killer themselves. They were all women, young women who fell on hard times and had hard situations. So there always will be victims as long as we're alive.
