The Power of Visualization in Learning
The idea is that there is a, a visualization, something that you can, that you can form in your mind. That could be your mental representation for a tennis forehand until you replace it through work. For me, I'm always working on kind of mapping things thematically. And so I think it's like I have a non-local HABAC creation map with all of my core habits, technical dynamics, and then themes and then meta-themes.
