Is There Value in Reviewing Your Successes?
I think in many aspects to want to focus on your successes because reviewing your failures really doesn't right it makes you feel bad about yourself. I do feel like there's this instinctual poll to sort of want to protect ourselves to protect our egos by only focusing on our successes and ignoring failures. And so, what is that humility to go okay I can learn? Back in my judo days it's that white belt mentality of always going in thinking that you've got something to learn no matter what level you're at.
